I have been a client of Botonics for 6 years and would not consider going elsewhere. Whether you are spending £200 or £5000 + the personal service you receive is second to none. Before a procedure or surgery the information you receive answers any questions you may have but if you still have concerns (which I did at times), I was always able to discuss these with a member of Botonics. I would not have any reservations in recommending this company.

I started to research into Vaser Lipo a few months back after wanting to have Lipo for a few years. After deciding to proceed with the surgery, I attended a few free consultations at other cosmetic surgery groups and did not feel that they could offer me exactly what I wanted. I had a very strong sense of the outcome I was wishing to achieve and felt that none of the other companies could provide me with this. I didn't like the fact that many of the consultations meant that I had to meet with a sales 'consultant' before proceeding to the next step and then meeting with the surgeon. I found it difficult to book in with some surgeons due to my work hours and some of the companies weren't very flexible.

After many months of research I came across botonics and made an enquiry for a free consultation as botonics work with many well-know reputable surgeons, I also checked out the previous reviews and found that they were very positive.

I spoke with Bill and I made a consultation with Dr. Grant Hamlet and went along with an open mind. Immediately I felt at ease and felt that Dr. Hamlet was taking my desired outcome into consideration as well as offering me as much advice as possible. I knew immediately that he was the surgeon I wished to have my procedure with. Bill was great as he offered me a consultation which fitted in with my working hours.

I liaised with Bill who offered me a second free-of-charge consultation with Dr. Hamlet so I could be sure I would be getting the results and the care I needed to ensure the choice to have Vaser would be something I wouldn't regret! Dr. Hamlet was very thorough and answered all the questions I had and gave me various contact numbers so I could contact him at any time if I should have any other questions or problems/queries after the procedure.

After confirming with Bill that I wished to have my procedure with Dr. Hamlet, he helped me to secure my preferred date for the procedure so I could work around my personal and professional life, he also arranged my pre-procedure blood checks very early in the morning so I could attend before work and not need to take time off. He was very good with keeping me up-to-date with my results and things to expect before and after the procedure. We also managed to agree on a price which was very much appreciated as I did have a budget that I wished to stick too.

On the day of my procedure I checked into the hospital as instructed by Bill and the nurses made me feel very at ease. Dr. Hamlet took a lot of time marking up my body and taking pictures and made a huge effort to ensure I was relaxed and ready for surgery, I was alone the whole day and I didn't feel nervous at all, even when I went down to the theatre!

When I woke up in the recovery room after the procedure, I was helped by Tim who was fantastic and stayed with me the whole day. He ensured I was comfortable and as pain-free as possible. He also made sure I had something to eat even though eating was the last thing I wished to do!

Dr. Hamlet constantly stopped by my room to check how I was doing and after I had a sneak peek at my 'new' body I was over the moon with the results even though I was covered in marker pen!

Dr. Hamlet and Tim then helped me into my suit that I had to wear for the next few weeks, they were very careful to ensure I was in as little pain as possible and that I was looked after.

After a few hours in recovery I was allowed to go home and was provided with a huge selection of pain killers and antibiotics which were all included in the price which was good as the last thing I would want to do would be to make a trip to a pharmacy.

The following day Dr. Hamlet called me on my mobile to ensure I was coping OK. The pain was moderate to severe but much less than I expected considering I had 4 areas of my body treated at once. I was comfortable and the pain killers helped. Bill also called me to ensure the procedure went OK.

On the second day after the procedure I had my follow-up appointment with Raddy at the hospital, she was my physio and would provide me with the aftercare and ultrasound to ensure that I was healing as well as I could and that I would get the desired results.

The massage was painful but necessary and Raddy did everything she could to ensure I was comfortable, she was very professional throughout and I could even have a shower which was very much appreciated. She took a lot of pictures so I could see the progress and how different my body looked, even though it was only day two after the procedure I could see the change already, it was drastic but amazing, I couldn't believe how much Dr. Hamlet had removed but more importantly how much he had listened to me to ensure I got the results I wanted. Even the nurses that I met on the day of the procedure came up to see how I was doing which was nice as they had seen me mid-op so they came to see how I was doing as well as my new figure!

I had my second appointment with Raddy the following day, she changed my dressings and helped me into my garment after my shower, I felt completely at ease and she even gave me her number so I could call her if I had any questions. I have been seeing my own physio for the remainder of the follow-up treatments as I live in Kent, it is easier for me than to travel into London. Raddy called my physio directly to ensure he was up-to-date with my progress which he appreciated and he has been keeping Raddy constantly updated since.

It has been two weeks since my procedure and I do not regret anything, most importantly I am very happy I chose to run with botonics as Bill, Dr. Hamlet and Raddy have provided me with a better service than I could have hoped for. I have never once been kept waiting, or chasing for information or felt 'let-down' by the service I received, everything has been fantastic.

Bill has been great with helping me book my follow-up appointments with Dr. Hamlet and Raddy, I am glad I chose such professional people! I would highly recommend Dr. Hamlet and botonics.

my experience was good enough to recommend to anyone , just make sure you understand the after care service and what your body will go through !! The surgeon was amazing and the after care is as necessary as the surgery itself so listen to what they say as they really do know what they are doing , i have taken 10 years of myself and know i made the right decision and used the right team.

I had botox done by Naruschka, at Botonics Plastic Surgery, she was kind, gentle and explained everything before and during the procedure. She was precise, and did an excellent job. I am very happy at the job she did and i am looking forward to going back to Botonics to have my botox and filler done. I cannot wait. I am so happy with her work. I was always afraid to get it done as i have seen work done by other professional service people and the did a bad job.

My experience with Botonics is my only experience of plastic surgery, I am 34 years old.
I hated my 'moobs' for many years, my left side was worse than my right, the nipple noticeably lower. I could feel breast-like material bouncing when I ran. My moobs were not huge, I am not fat, I work out, most people would not have noticed as I wore clothes that hid my chest, never wore tee-shirts and never got undressed in public. It took me a great deal of time to commit to the free appointment and to submit myself to an examination, mainly because I was ashamed of my tits and of the stigma of plastic surgery.
Dr. Hamlet identified all my hang ups perfectly during the short examination. He explained the reasons for the appearance of my chest and precisely what he could do to make it better. He advised that I should have mid-def vaser to chest, axilla (the sides of my ribcage) and a fat transfer to my pectorals which would 'lift' the excess skin and make my chest more androgyne and square. He was also able to show me many before and after images which were much better and more demonstrative than those on the website.
The cost was considerably higher than I had initially expected. However when you take into account all that is involved as well as the end result I think it represented excellent value for money.
On the day of surgery I was naturally anxious but Dr. Hamlet and the surgery team were very reassuring it was ,almost, fun. Dr Hamlet decided that my vaser treatment (the fat removal from chest and axilla) would not yield enough fat to adequately plump up my pectorals and that he could remove more fat from my waist area to top it up.
The procedure itself was done under local anaesthetic and was akin to a long root canal at the dentist. I was numb and mercifully unable to see the process. It is unnerving to have someone rooting about under your skin with a canula but the nurses and Dr. Hamlet were brilliant at keeping me informed and maintaining a light-hearted banter throughout. It took approximately 2 hours in theatre which went by very quickly. In the end Dr. Hamlet took 1ltr of extra fat from my love-handles. I was fitted with a foam band round my chest and a compression garment. I lay down for a few hours afterwards, ate lunch and read my book. I was at home by late afternoon.
I had three aftercare massage sessions with lovely nurses and wore the foam band for a week, I also wore the compression garment for three weeks. The foam was bulky and difficult to disguise under clothes but the compression garment was invisible. I have recently had my one-month check-up with Dr. Hamlet. I am happier with my chest, the left pectoral line is still slightly odd and I may have further treatment to perfect it in the future but I will now be able to wear tee-shirts without worry, my posture has improved as has my confidence. I am still healing and my bruises are fading, soon I will be back in the gym. Due to the removal of the extra fat from my waist I no longer have love-handles either.
The experience was far better and easier than I had thought it would be. Bill was available on the phone whenever I needed him. Dr. Hamlet was excellent. I wish I had done this years ago. I recommend anyone who is thinking about this procedure to go with Botonics, they are the real deal in an industry known for charlatans.

Very pleased with the personal service I have received from Botonics. My VASER Liposuction was definitely worth while. There was no pressure selling attitude and all staff and doctors were knowledgeable and considerate helping me thus alleviate my anxieties before the procedure. I suffered from bad acne thoughout may teenage and adult life tryed and taken every lotion and portion you can imagine but nothing worked. My acne was really getting me down so I went on-line and google best course of treatments/clinics to contact for acne and Botonics popped up looked at the treatments they provided for acne and booked an appointment.
I was assesed and informed that the best course of treatment was Roccutane which I took for about 12 months my acne is now a distance memory. I had a lot of scarring from my acne and I thought I would have the scars as a remineder but my Dermatologist recommended Obagi Skin Care System and it was obsolutely brillant. I have lovely clear and beautiful skin my acne is a long and distance memory. The staff at Botonics are wonderful and very professional they are highly recommended!

I can't recommend Botonics highly enough. From the first contact right the way through the initial consultation with Dr Joffily the surgeon, the actual procedure and the aftercare and advice. There was no hard sell, it was entirely my decision and I particularly liked the fact that I was advised on the realistic outcome of the surgery. It's no good being told you are going to look like a supermodel afterwards, you just want to know that the procedure is going to be done by highly qualified professionals, expert in their field and that afterwards you are going to look the best you possibly can. That's what we all want.

Im so glad I went to Botanics as right from the very beginning I found them incredibly helpful. I was made to feel at ease and any time I had questions I was able to call Botonics or Dr Fallahder and speak with them about any concerns/questions. Even now looking back I cant believe how easy everything was from start to finish. I have been visiting botonics for a year now and they are yet to disappoint me. The monthly instalments are a great way of spreading the cost accross the year and mean you can have the treatment you dream of.
The consultant i see is unconditionally professional and her advice and skills are unrivalled in my experience.
Not only are you made to feel welcome and relaxed, the quality of treatment is of the highest standard and is carried out in a relaxed and most concerning manner.
I have tried others but Botonics is a must for me now. I honestly can't see me moving consultants. We are almost friends, i feel that compfortable whenever i visit.

Always helpful to accomodate my particular needs and very happy and helpful to accomodate a specific time/day that suited me! Lots of communication and the therapist is lovely and friendly and professional and I believe helped me get the best result for me personally.

Staff is friendly, the doctor listens to what YOU want, nice comfortable environment. I had a SmartLipo procedure with Dr Joffily a couple of years ago. When I tell people it was painless, they don't believe me, but it was! After having it on Thursday, and 40 minutes of just resting, I walked to the station, got onto the train, went back to Sussex, had a comfortable weekend and went back to work on the Monday! All pain free! I didn't even take a paracetamol that weekend. I had my love handles and just below the buttocks where you get that fat stored. The results were what I expected, but it took about 8 weeks before I saw the final results. At first, you do see a improvement, but after 8 weeks, the cellulite was gone, no down time and it was great!! The really surprising thing is that after having it the cellulite was all gone. I've also had Botox treatments from Naruschka. After 4 days, huge improvement, great I've had botox many times before, but Naruschka's treatment didn't hurt at all, it was well administered, no pain at all. I noticed the change after 4 or 5 days. I've had treatments from many different clinics but I now just go to botonics because they have specialists for what you want, they listen to what you want, and want you to get a good treatment more than just make money off of you.

I found Botonics to be a first rate organisation. Everyone was very courteous and professional and my surgeon was clearly very experienced which given the fact it was my first cosmetic surgery experience helped to relax me a great deal. I am pleased with the results of my liposuction the only negative thing I can say is that it wasnt really explained that a good diet and some exercise go hand in hand with the surgery to get the best results. Having said that I have to congratulate Botonics on providing an excellent service and all things considered I have no problem with recommending their services to anyone.

I had lost quite some weight recently and thus found myself in need of an abdominoplastic treatment. However, I was worried about the possible post-operation pain and the scar.

Botonics offered me an excellent and free (!) consultation in which I had the opportunity to discuss everything that was on my mind starting from the procedure as such, the scar development to the financing. I especially appreciated the relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the fact that I was never pushed to a treatment. Another positive aspect was the fact that I could arrange a consultation in the evening hours enabling me to talk to my surgeon after work. In the end, both Bill and my surgeon, Mr Fallahdar, left such a good impression on me that I decided in favour of a tummy tuck.

The last few weeks before the treatment went very smoothly. I was always in close contact with Bill who supplied me with all the information necessary for me and whom I could always contact in case I had questions and who would reply me immediately. Thanks to all this, I was not nervous at all when I went to the hospital for my operation.

As a result of the general anaesthetic, I cannot say much about the operation as such, of course, but I remember that I felt perfectly fine after it had finished. The hospital staff was also extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay overnight as comfortable as possible. Both Bill and Mr Fallahdar had provided me with detailed information on how I should behave immediately after the tummy tuck.

On the very first day after the treatment, I tried to move a little (but not too much) and to walk a bit (in a stooped posture), thus trying to avoid just lying in bed for too long. I was given pain-killers by the hospital, but after the first day I stopped using them as I felt no pain. This is something which still amazes me now: Prior to the operation I was quite worried about the possible extent of the post-operational pain, but in fact there was basically none. Everyday I could noticeably feel my mobility return and after just one week, I was even able to return to work.

For the first 6 weeks I had to wear a special support garment to protect the scar and help the healing process, but already after the first one or two weeks, I no longer noticed I was wearing it. The only thing which was a bit hard to bear is the fact that during the first week I was not allowed to take a shower as the scar must not get wet.

After those first seven days, I had my bandages exchanged at the hospital and went for my first post-op consultation with Mr Fallahdar. I was extremely happy when I saw my new belly for the first time as it looked much better than I could even have expected! Mr Fallahdar told me that the swelling of my belly would need another 3 months to disappear and that my scar would take up to 9 months to basically fade.

From week 2 onwards I was able to remove the garment in the morning to take a shower and I was really amazed to see how the look of my belly and the scar improved from day to day and also to see the swelling disappear gradually. Around week 3 I had another consultation with my surgeon who was very satisfied with the progress of my scar-healing and who - at that point - showed me the pictures he had taken of my belly prior to the operation. The change was and is still unbelievable.

After the removal of the support garment in week 6 I started to massage the scar with body oil to keep it moist and I also recommenced going to the gym without any problems. The next appointment with my surgeon will be in month 3 after the treatment.

If I was asked whether I would undergo the same treatment with Botonics again, I would not hesitate for a second. I am completely satisfied with both the exceptional value-for-money, the consultation prior to and after the operation, the treatment as such and the way and speed my scar is improving. Having taken the step to have the excessive skin removed was one of the best decisions I have ever taken and I would recommend it any time!

I have had an excellent service from Botonics all the way through, from my initial consultation through to after-care. I have had the smart-lipo surgery with aspiration procedure in the past at a different clinic, but the results I obtained were poor and the service at that clinic was not as great as my experience with Botonics.

first off all the staffs were really friendly and helpful as well as well knowledgeable. they were helpful since day one till my last contact with them. service and the results I got was an exceptional value for money.
