Excessive Sweating Treatment - Overview

If underarm sweating is significantly interfering with your daily activities, you may be a candidate for Hyperhidrosis treatment by a botonics Practitioner.

Severe underarm sweating is a medical condition known as severe primary auxiliary hyperhidrosis, which involves overactive sweat glands. Sweat is your body's temperature regulator. In severe primary auxiliary hyperhidrosis, sweating significantly exceeds the body's normal requirements for cooling.

In addition to the underarms, other areas of the body such as the hands and feet can also be treated. See your botonics Practitioner for a consultation to assess whether treatment is appropriate for you.

For years I had been self conscious of a scar on my forehead, and wore my hair in a fringe to cover it. When I finally decided to have dermal filler treatment, I couldn't believe how quick and simple it was! I'm very pleased with the result and am wearing my hair off of my forehead for the first time in four years. I only wish I had visited botonics sooner!!

I am left with a subtle change to my eyes and forehead that left me looking like I was at age 24. Although the physical changes to my face are subtle, my attitude and approach to my beauty regiment have changed dramatically- I wear less foundation, I feel confident to emphasize my eyes with makeup, and I can wear my hair back from my face- but most importantly, I smile more!
