Philosophy regarding Face Lift
The world of face lifting has undergone dramatic improvement over the last ten years. In our hands, it has become more art and re-suspension of fat and less skin tightening. We would like to stress three critical points that you should understand before undergoing face lifting. One: Make sure you go to a certified plastic surgeon that has extensive experience. Two: Be realistic. A good facelift can dramatically improve your appearance but it will not make you someone you are not. Three: Be prepared for significant swelling especially for the first 2-3 weeks. It takes at least 6 weeks for the majority of the swelling to go away.
