During the treament, the NASHA gel is injected with a special needle deep under the skin to add volume and support, leaving no unsightly scars.

The gel used is a man-made version of the substance your body produces to fill out skin tone and lubricate joints. Because of this, your body will naturally biodegrade the gel over time. This process is very gradual and is not noticeable on a day-to-day basis. Macrolane was formulated to provide noticeable results that last for at least a year. After your treatment

To ensure the best possible outcome, your botonics doctor will advise you to avoid any activity such as massage that could put pressure on the treatment area for the first few weeks. During this time it is also advised to avoid exposing the area to extremes in temperature (such as a sauna or tanning bed). Some redness, swelling, tenderness or pain is normal.
