Mini Copeland Symptom List

Adult ADHD Initial Indicator: Is it ADHD?

If you've ever wondered whether you might have ADHD as an adult, this short assessment is a helpful starting point. It is not a diagnostic tool, but it gives you a meaningful snapshot of how ADHD symptoms may be affecting your daily life.

This tool is based on the Copeland Symptom Checklist — one of the most widely used ADHD screening instruments developed from the experience of many specialists in the field of Attention Disorders and Hyperactivity.

How This Abridged Test Works

This short version includes 20 questions across 5 key categories. Rate how often each description applies to you over the past 6 months, in comparison to other people your age. There are no right or wrong answers.

Important Note on Diagnosis

This questionnaire is not a diagnostic test. A formal diagnosis of ADHD can only be made by a qualified clinician following a comprehensive assessment process.
